FALL FESTIVAL Randolph Arts Guild. Asheboro, NC – The Randolph Arts Guild Board of Directors is pleased to announce the return of the 48th Annual Fall Festival, to be held the first full weekend in October. Historic Downtown Asheboro and participating vendors will welcome festival goers on Saturday, October 1st, 9 am – 5 pm and Sunday, October 2nd, 11 am – 4 pm.
